Anyone else feel puzzled by the reported sighting of an unidentified man near the crime scene? I can't help but think that might be a critical piece of this tragic puzzle. Why hasn't there been more focus on him? From what I’ve read, he was seen loitering around the Legacy Apartment Complex before that fateful night, and then nothing. Feels like more attention should be given to tracking him down. It's so painful knowing a vibrant person like Shanterria, who gave so much to her community, lost her life in this senseless act of violence. For her family, especially her mom, it's a nightmare without answers. I hope the investigators are considering every angle, and it's my hope that someone in the community steps forward with information. With the $10,000 reward, I’d imagine someone knows something. Let’s not let Shanterria’s story fade into another cold case statistic.
