Has anyone else been thinking about the impact of witness fatigue in cases like DJ's? I know it's been a huge issue in cities like Indianapolis where there are so many unsolved cases. With over 600 cold cases from 1990 to 2014, the sheer volume can cause people who might have crucial information to become desensitized or feel hopeless about coming forward. I really feel for DJ's family, knowing they haven't gotten the answers they so desperately need. It's like, how do you keep the momentum and awareness up on a case like this when there are so many others in the same situation? I hope someone who's held back information in any of these cases finds the courage to step up. Closure is long overdue for DJ's family.
