I've been following this case from the sidelines and something that's been bothering me is how Corey got involved with someone like Campbell in the first place. Corey was only 18 and had his whole life ahead of him. It makes you wonder what circumstances led him to cross paths with someone who had such a violent history. It's devastating to think about the influence or pressure young folks might face, sometimes leading them into dangerous situations. My thoughts are with Corey's family as they continue to deal with this loss. We should all strive to create a community where the youth feel protected and have positive role models. Does anyone know if there were any community outreach programs set up in his honor?

Just thinking about how Corey Robinson Jr. was only 18 years old when his life was brutally taken in Brookside Park, it's so hard to imagine what his family has been through. I came across some details about the vehicle involved in the case, and it got me wondering about the two other individuals spotted with Corey in that car. Who were they? Were they friends, or perhaps witnesses to the tragic event? I feel so much for his family, who not only lost Corey but have likely had so many questions left unanswered. It's deeply unsettling to see how gun violence has such a pervasive impact on communities, and I hope more is done to address these ongoing issues. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved Corey.

I recently came across some details about Corey Robinson Jr.’s case that just left me thinking about the immense support his family and friends will still need as they try to move forward. It’s been a few years since that tragic night in Brookside Park, and yet, the pain of losing someone so young must still feel incredibly fresh for those who loved him. The fact that the legal process took such a long time, with Jonathan Campbell’s final sentencing not happening until 2024, must have been incredibly taxing for everyone involved. It’s a reminder of how complex these cases can be and how much patience it requires from the victims' families as they seek justice. My heart goes out to Corey’s family, knowing they’ve had to endure years of uncertainty and legal proceedings while mourning his loss. The justice system isn’t always easy to navigate, and having to confront the realities of Campbell's past actions must have been overwhelming. Sending love and strength to all of Corey’s loved ones who are still grappling with this difficult reality.
