I’ve been thinking a lot about JJ Eberhart Jr. and the impact he had on his community, especially at his schools. It’s so upsetting to see potential like his cut short. Friends and teammates from both Soldan and Kirkwood High remember him not just as a skilled athlete, but as someone with a positive spirit who brought everyone together. It’s chilling to think that someone so full of promise is no longer with us. I can’t even begin to imagine what his family is enduring. Stories like JJ’s underline the importance of community support and response to youth violence. Keeping his memory alive and pushing for change is crucial. If anyone knows anything, please reach out and help bring some peace to his family.
