I've been following Richard Lilie's case and something that really stands out to me is the location where his cab was found. Florissant is such a residential, seemingly calm neighborhood. It's disturbing to think something so tragic could end there. I've read that cab drivers often feel a false sense of security in such areas, but what happened to Richard is a grim reminder that danger can lurk anywhere. My heart goes out to his family, especially his daughter Heather. Navigating these painful memories can't be easy, and I truly hope they find some peace in knowing that the community stands with them in seeking justice. Anyone else concerned about the safety measures for those in such public-facing jobs? It feels like more could be done to ensure their safety.
