I can't stop thinking about how the community must be feeling after losing Derrick Donahue in such a senseless act of violence. It's terrifying to know that even after several years, there are still no solid leads or answers as to why this happened. It just makes me think about how many lives are touched by such tragedies, and it's so important that we support each other during these times. I hope that the awareness around the cash reward encourages someone to come forward with information. Sometimes people might not realize that something they know could be a vital piece of the puzzle. My thoughts are with Derrick's family and friends, and I truly hope they receive the justice they deserve soon. If there’s any way we can help keep the conversation about the case alive, we should do it. It’s the least we can do for Derrick and for preventing further such tragedies in our community.
