I've been following the case of Arlin Jones and Kenneth Hanan, and I keep thinking about the witnesses who saw the violence unfold. I can't imagine how terrifying it must have been to see someone arrive with not one but two firearms and then witness such a tragic event. The trauma for those individuals must be immense, and I hope they're getting the support they need right now. It's reassuring to hear that the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office is taking steps to provide victim advocates for the families. But I wonder if similar support is available for those who were present during the incident? The emotional toll of such experiences can be profound, and I'm hoping the community rallies around all who are affected to offer comfort and resources. If anyone has information on available services for witnesses, it would be great to share here.
