Did anyone else take note of how Sheriff Degase called off the pursuit of Wolfe? I suppose it's easy to second-guess from the sidelines, but it makes me think about the tough decisions law enforcement officers have to make in the heat of the moment to keep everyone safe. Ava is such a tight-knit community, and the ripple effects of this tragedy are still being felt. It's reassuring to see that Wolfe was caught and justice was served, but I wonder if situations like this change how law enforcement approaches future cases in small towns. My heart aches for Bob Clark's family and for what they’ve had to endure throughout this whole ordeal.
