Does anyone else find it extremely frustrating how easily intoxication gets glossed over in cases like Henry D. Clayton Jr.'s? I just can't wrap my head around how someone can be handling a firearm while under the influence, let alone pointing it at another person. It's devastating to think that this lack of judgment and awareness led to such a senseless loss of life. My heart goes out to Henry's family and friends. Hopefully, this case will shed some light on how crucial it is to enforce stricter regulations and consequences when it comes to firearm safety and alcohol. Has anyone else come across similar cases? How were they handled?
