Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Corey B. Coleman case closely and something that's been on my mind is the time gap from when he was last seen in January to when he was officially listed as missing in July. That’s almost six months! I get that he was already under suspicion for the assault, but it seems like a huge lag time to move him to the missing persons roster. Could it be tied to how the new system on JPD’s site only launched last year? Maybe they’re still organizing and updating cases? I find it odd how such cases might slip through initially. Does anyone else find this concerning, or is it a normal backlog for such departments? Curious to hear your thoughts!
