Hey everyone, I've been following the Petrykowski case for a while now, and something that's been gnawing at me is the fact that despite how brutal this crime was, there seemed to be no attempt at covering tracks beyond not leaving fingerprints. It baffles me how there were drugs all over, but cash was left behind. That almost makes me wonder if this could've been a message, rather than a typical drug deal gone wrong. Does anyone else get the feeling there might've been some sort of personal vendetta involved? The thought that these three men knew their attackers and yet the perpetrators still opted for such a violent approach is chilling. And the community must’ve been deeply shaken by this kind of violence right in their midst. My heart genuinely goes out to Steven’s loved ones, who’ve had to grapple with this for over a decade now. It’s also unsettling to think about the possible connections to the Boston Marathon bombing. It's like a web of missed cues and chances for justice. I just hope for the sake of the victims' families that more light is shed on this someday. Would love to hear your thoughts. Stay safe, everyone.
