I've been following the tragic case of Kenneth and Etta McKenzie, and I can't help but feel a deep sense of sorrow for their family and the community. It makes you wonder how such a close-knit family deals with the shock and betrayal when a relative is involved in such a horrendous act. It’s so hard to fathom how someone like Desmond Richardson, who shared family ties, could commit such violence against his own uncle and aunt. There must have been some underlying issues, perhaps mental health struggles or substance abuse, that drove him to such a desperate place. Regardless, the impact on the McKenzies' extended family must be unimaginable. I hope the community continues to rally around them, offering the support and love they need to navigate through this painful time.
