I’ve been following Steven Meylan’s case for a while now, and something that keeps bugging me is the fact that there were no witnesses or CCTV footage from any of the places he might have traveled through when he left Michigan for Washington. Considering how frequently highways, gas stations, and even small towns have cameras these days, how is it possible there are zero leads on his travel route? Did he take a really unconventional path, or is there something more to it? Does anyone else find this lack of evidence odd, especially in such a highly monitored world? If anyone knows of similar cases, I’d be interested to hear how those unfolded and whether those were eventually solved. It's unsettling how someone can seemingly just vanish without a trace.
Has anyone else been following the case of Steven Meylan from Bay City, Michigan?
