It's really frustrating to see how this case has dragged on without any major breakthroughs. Eduardo Salazar was so young, and his family and friends must be going through an unimaginable time. I read somewhere that the community near 7th and Spruce has been rallying to call attention to gun violence, which is a huge issue that affects so many people. I hope that this tragic incident might at least push for some changes. I'm curious if anyone from the area has noticed any new initiatives or community meetings since the incident? We need to keep talking about these issues in our neighborhoods to make sure Eduardo's story isn't forgotten.
