In the late hours of May 22, 2019, Ramondus Jaterun Robinson, known affectionately to friends and family as Ray Jay, left his residence in Birmingham, Alabama. The 31-year-old was seen by his father before he headed out for the evening. It is believed he went to a local nightclub called The Money Spot, also known as Raw House Studios, located in the 600 block of 9th Street North.
