A car belonging to a missing Phoenix teenager was found abandoned in Yavapai County, authorities said Monday.

Phoenix police are seeking the public's help in the search for Michael Angelo Fazzari, 18, who was last seen July 1 in the area of North 26th Street and East Beardsley Road.

Fazzari's car, a green 2001 Ford Explorer, was found in a "remote area" of Yavapai County a few days after he was reported missing, Phoenix police Sgt. Vince Lewis said.
