Betty Lou White, 38, was last seen at her residence in Northport, Alabama, on December 7, 1980. She failed to show up for work at the B.F. Goodrich plant that day, prompting her parents to check on her. When they arrived at her trailer, they found her car, purse, and personal belongings still at the home. The door was open, and the phone was off the hook, but there was no sign of Betty. Investigators searched for any clues, but her whereabouts remain a mystery.
