John Hilton Earley, a 33-year-old resident of Kodiak, Alaska, has been missing since January 14, 1985, after the fishing vessel he was on sank. Earley, who also went by the nickname John Early, was aboard the 34-foot vessel "K-Joe" when it went down off Pillar Cape in Marmot Bay. At the time of his disappearance, he was approximately 6 feet tall and weighed around 200 pounds, with blond or strawberry blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a cold-water survival suit.
