William Edward Jackson, 38, was last seen on June 22, 1989, in Ketchikan, Alaska. Known by the nicknames Bill, Billy, and William Edward Jcakson, he is presumed to have drowned. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance suggest he fell overboard from an anchored fishing vessel near Cape Fox Island. The official investigation into his disappearance is being handled by the Alaska State Troopers.
