On November 12, 1989, 33-year-old Arthur G. Dull, Jr. was last seen in Bethel, Alaska. He was riding a snow machine on the Kuskokwim River when the vehicle went through the ice approximately three miles upriver from Bethel. It is presumed that he drowned as a result of this incident. At the time of his disappearance, Dull was wearing winter clothing and heavy boots.
