Victor Thomas Demoski, also known as Victor Stepanoff, was 29 years old when he was last seen on July 22, 1990, in Dillingham, Alaska. An American Indian / Alaska Native male, Demoski had brown hair and brown eyes, stood at approximately 5'10" tall, and weighed around 160 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing grey pants and a distinctive bright blue satin jacket with a "Nelbro" logo on the back.
