Charla Maria Ghost, a 19-year-old Native American woman and a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, disappeared on December 26, 1990, from Oakland, California. She had left her home that day to go to the corner store to pick up medicine for her 8-month-old daughter but never returned.
