In the late summer of 1991, the vibrant life of a teenager in New York City was abruptly interrupted. On August 15th, 16-year-old Leona Rodriguez, a young Hispanic female with red or auburn hair and brown eyes, vanished from Manhattan. At the time of her disappearance, she was approximately five feet tall and weighed around 115 pounds. The last time she was seen, Leona was wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts, and black sneakers.
