In the quiet village of Spring Valley, New York, a family was forever changed by the disappearance of 37-year-old Jose Flores in the winter of 1994. On December 20th of that year, Jose left his residence and was never seen or heard from again. He was a man of average build, standing at five feet seven inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds.
