Jose Flores, aged 37, went missing on December 20, 1994, from his residence in Spring Valley, New York. According to reports, he left his home that day and was possibly heading toward the Haverstraw area. At the time of his disappearance, Flores was described as a Hispanic male with black hair, standing 5'7" tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds.
