Stephanie Perez, a 2-year-old girl, was last seen on November 14, 1999, in Montebello, California. At the time of her disappearance, Stephanie was living with her mother, Yasmen Perez. Information later emerged that both Stephanie and Yasmen may have traveled to Mexico, possibly in the company of Yasmen’s boyfriend. However, no official confirmation has been made regarding their whereabouts since they were reported missing.
