Kevin Josue Vargas, a 17-year-old male, was last seen on December 31, 2008, in South Gate, California. At the time, Kevin had been living with a relative after arriving in the U.S. from another country just three months prior. His relative reported that Kevin left their home on December 29, 2008, taking his belongings with him. Despite extensive efforts to locate him, there has been no contact from Kevin since, and his case remains unsolved.
