In the spring of 2017, Joseph Zachary Hand, a 31-year-old man, vanished from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. He was last seen on March 3, 2017, shortly after his release from Louisville Metro Corrections. Following his disappearance, there was an extended period of silence.
