On April 11th, the teenage male was last observed walking south on Airline Road. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a distinctive white hoodie with a red splatter design, tan pants, and maroon and white Nike Air Force One sneakers. Javaris is an African American male with black hair and brown eyes.
At the time he went missing, he was described as being approximately 5'9' tall and weighing around 120 pounds.
The days turned into weeks, and then months, with no sign of Javaris. His family and the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, the agency investigating his case, were left with few leads to follow.
