In the early morning hours of October 3, 2018, Jeffery Allen Burchett, a 36-year-old man, was last seen in Bristol, Virginia. At the time of his disappearance, Jeffery, a father and a Marine veteran, was experiencing homelessness. He occasionally took on yard work for a friend to get by.
