Jeffery Allen Burchett, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on October 3, 2018, around 2:00 a.m. in Bristol, Virginia. At the time of his disappearance, Burchett was homeless and frequently worked odd jobs doing yard work. He was last spotted near an apartment complex in Bristol, Tennessee. Burchett had a history of drug and alcohol abuse, and his family expressed concern that he might be in need of medical attention.
