On a cold winter day, February 2, 2019, the life of 28-year-old Kyle Andrew Kincaid of Huntington, West Virginia, took a tragic turn. In a distressing event witnessed by local law enforcement, Kyle was seen jumping from the 31st Street Bridge into the frigid waters below. He was observed going under the surface but did not reappear.
