Noah Dominick Scisney, a 15-year-old from Houston, Texas, was last seen on April 10, 2019. He disappeared under mysterious circumstances, and his case has since become a cold case. Noah was last known to be driving a black 2017 Honda HR-V with Texas license plates LCV3025. Despite extensive search efforts, including volunteer sonar search and recovery dive teams, Noah has not been found.
