Keith S. Davis, a 54-year-old man from Monroe, Louisiana, was last seen on September 18, 2019. He was spotted walking eastbound on Desiard Street, near Mac's Fresh Market, and possibly heading toward the Swartz area. At the time of his disappearance, Davis was wearing a gray camouflage-print shirt, pants, and brown boots. He has not been heard from since, and few details have emerged about his whereabouts.
