Virgil Owen Bussell Jr., a 52-year-old Native American man from Weitchpec, California, was last seen around March 1, 2020. He was believed to have been cutting firewood in the remote area of Deerhorn Road in Weitchpec before his disappearance. His truck, loaded with freshly cut firewood, was discovered abandoned on March 25, 2020, sparking concerns.
