Elizabeth Maria Basto, aged 31, was last seen on June 27, 2019, in Los Angeles County, California. She was at her residence on West 112th Street and spoke with family members over the phone on that same day. The call was reportedly made from Tijuana, Mexico, based on the caller ID, but Elizabeth has not been heard from since.
