Larry Don Carter Jr., 53, was last seen on July 31, 2020, in Lodi, California. He was driving a white 1998 Dodge conversion van along Highway 12, west of Interstate 5, after leaving his mother’s home. Following his disappearance, his dog was found wandering in the same area. When a friend returned the dog to Carter's family, they were surprised to hear Larry had not yet returned home.
