Miya Rudd, an eight-month-old infant from Reynolds Station, Kentucky, was reported missing after relatives raised concerns about her whereabouts. Investigators determined she had not been seen since late April. Early in her life, Miya’s umbilical cord tested positive for methamphetamine, prompting oversight from child protective services.
