Kayla Welcome, a 24-year-old woman from Saint Cloud, Florida, has been missing since May 7, 2015. She was last seen in her hometown, and her disappearance remains unsolved. Kayla, of Puerto Rican and Caucasian descent, is described as having brown hair and hazel eyes. She has several distinctive tattoos on her chest, neck, back, abdomen, arms, and legs. At the time of her disappearance, she had a history of drug abuse, which may have played a role in her vulnerabilities.
