On a summer day in northwestern Arkansas, a teenage girl named Sarahi Martinez vanished, causing concern among her family and the local community. The seventeen-year-old was last seen in the Bethel Heights area of Springdale. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray shirt and black pants. She also had on a gold cross necklace. A notable identifying feature is a tattoo on the inside of her right forearm that spells out the word 'Loyalty.'
