Kenneth Hughes, a 35-year-old man, was last seen on October 18, 2017, in Yuba City, California. That day, he left his estranged wife’s residence, telling her he intended to end his life, although he did not specify how. Before departing, he left behind his cell phone and other personal belongings. Kenneth was driving a red 1999 Ford Explorer, which bore the California license plate number 6RSS261. After leaving, he was never heard from again, and his vehicle has also not been located.
