The case of Barry Stephenson, a 76-year-old man, began to unfold when he was reported missing by friends. He was last seen on July 8, 2024, after taking a bus from Carson City to Sparks, Nevada. The following day, on July 9, 2024, at approximately 12:15 in the afternoon, Stephenson was seen getting into a Capital Cab outside the Carson Nugget.
