Javier Navarro-Becerra, a 35-year-old man, was last seen on December 1, 2018, in Hillsboro, Oregon. His family reported him missing after they had not heard from him in quite some time. At the time of his disappearance, Javier was described as a Hispanic male with black hair, standing 5'7" tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds.
