Shirley Baumann, a 61-year-old experienced hiker, was last seen on July 20, 2020, hiking the Quartz Creek Trail near North Bend, Washington, with the intention of reaching Lake Blethen. She was supposed to return by July 22, but never did. Shirley's car was found at the trailhead, and search dogs were able to track her scent along the trail and near her campsite.
