Oscar Shell, a 61-year-old man from Mulberry, Florida, went missing on October 27, 2020. He was last seen walking in the area of Canal Street and 9th Avenue Northwest in Mulberry. On that day, Shell was spotted making a purchase at a gas station on Highway 60, between 9th Avenue and 5th Avenue. After this sighting, he vanished and has not been heard from since.
