Licheng Fang, a 38-year-old from Santa Clara County, California, was last seen on the evening of December 17, 2020, in Stock Island, Florida. Fang had been staying at the Stock Island Yacht Club and Marina when he embarked on a late-night kayak trip around 10:00 p.m. He left in a light blue tandem kayak with two white seats, dressed in a white shirt and dark pants, and was last observed heading out into the waters near Key West.
