Kytana Ancog, an 18-month-old toddler from Aiea, Hawaii, was last seen on January 31, 2021, when her mother dropped her off with her father, Travis Rodrigues. Rodrigues was supposed to care for her, but after February 4, there were no further sightings of Kytana. Rodrigues later admitted to authorities that he had abused Kytana, hitting and shaking her until she became unresponsive. According to witnesses, Rodrigues was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time.
