Mark Panela, a 51-year-old man from Punaluu, Hawaii, was last seen on February 7, 2021. On that day, a witness spotted a man matching Panela’s description walking toward the ocean near Kahana Bay at around 9:30 a.m. He was wearing a wetsuit and carrying diving gear, possibly preparing for a spearfishing outing. Despite the sighting, he has not been seen or heard from since.
