Rhett Patrick Allen, a 33-year-old man from Crawford, Oklahoma, has been missing since March 3, 2021. He was last seen shortly before 1 p.m. that day. Allen's truck was later found locked at his residence with his personal belongings, including his wallet, phone, and packed bags, still inside. He was scheduled to meet his parents that afternoon to go to a treatment facility, but he never showed up, prompting concern.
