Harold Wayne Mercer, a 50-year-old man, was last seen on April 12, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio. He disappeared from the area around Cleveland Avenue and Morse Road, and has not been heard from since. Mercer, who also went by the nickname "Buddy," is described as a white male, standing 5'5", weighing around 140 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He has distinctive tattoos, including a cross on one finger of his left hand and the letter "H" on both upper arms.
