Scarlett Joy Blanco, a 19-year-old woman, went missing on May 7, 2021, from Kankakee, Illinois. She was last seen leaving a residence on South Schuyler Avenue and was reportedly headed toward Momence, a nearby town, but she never arrived. Scarlett has not been seen or heard from since.
