John "Jack" Stein, a 24-year-old male from Minnesota, went missing on July 13, 2021, in Agoura Hills, California. Jack was staying at a treatment facility called Inspire Malibu, located in the 3700 block of Kanan Road, after experiencing a mental health crisis earlier that year. He walked out of the facility at approximately 7:45 p.m. without his phone or identification, and he has not been seen since.
